Radio CALS - November 22, 2017

Radio CALS airs on KABF 88.3 FM in Little Rock from 6-6:30 p.m. every Wednesday. It may be streamed live at www.kabf.org (click "Listen Live") or anytime at www.soundcloud.com/radiocals.

Today's broadcast of Radio CALS (11/22/2017):

This week, Traci Berry talks about the upcoming Raid the Rock Adventure Race, which has both 8-hour and 24-hour versions and draws competitors from Central Arkansas and a number of other states. She’s the race director and one of the principal planners of the course. The race has become known as one of the most challenging experiences for adventure racers, and Traci tells how it got started, the skills necessary to complete the race, and some of the quirky things race planners put into the course to keep teams on their toes.

Raid the Rock Adventure Race will take place this year on December 9-10.
