Arkansas State Capitol Building
This photo shows the snow covered trolley tracks on Capitol Avenue in Little Rock. Look closely in the background to see the Capitol Building without its dome. The photograph is undated, but is likely circa 1905.*

Concerning the date of the photo, I believe that the photo was taken sometime in the winter...On a more serious note, there is an online view of a 1906 postcard titled "Rare Winter Scene in Little Rock, Ark."
