“The Red Scarf”, a historical fiction novel by author Richard Mason, takes us back to 1944 Arkansas and examines friendship, resourcefulness, race and Southern Culture, through the eyes of twelve-year-old Richard. Join one of Arkansas’s premiere authors and storytellers for a candid look into 1940s rural south.
